*Note – The Jewish customs study is held as a discussion format in which everyone shares their comments and questions about the week’s reading. Comments will include your responses to the material, such as, how is it helpful—or not; is it insightful; how does it relate to your relationship with God, etc. Questions will be directed toward gaining clarity of the reading material. Bible Study: Death and Mourning; It’s About Living Life to the Fullest

IMG_0258 - Version 3

“Death and Mourning” sounds like a pretty depressing topic to most of us, but it’s actually a very rich and beautiful time of transition when handled supportively.  The Jewish customs for coping with the loss of a loved one are extremely tender.  I wish I’d known about them when my Dad passed away.  It would have given me a secure, loving framework for working through my grief.  Join us tonight for our study, Death and Mourning.  Email kayumahavurah@gmail.com for details.
